Description Human CALR knockout MCF-10A cell line is edited by our special CRISPR/Cas9 technology. MCF 10A is an epithelial cell line isolated in 1984 from the mammary gland of a 36-year-old Caucasian woman with fibrocystic breasts.

Culture Conditions Culture at 5% CO2, 37℃
Culture Medium DMEM/F12 (1:1) + 5% Horse Serum + EGF (20 ng/mL) + Hydrocortisone (0.5 ug/mL) + Cholera Toxin (100 ng/mL) + Insulin (10ug/mL).
Subculture Conditions A subculture ratio of 1:3 to 1:4 is recommended. Renew the medium every 2 to 3 days, depending on cell density.
Freezing Medium 70% growth medium supplemented with 10% (v/v) DMSO and 20% horse serum
