Creative Bioarray has developed our unique CRISPR/Cas9 cellular gene knockout/knockin platform to accurately knockout/knockin specified genes. Compared with traditional TALENs (transcription activator-like effector nucleases) and ZNFs (zinc finger nucleases), CRISPR enables efficient and flexible gene knockout/knockin at a competitive cost. Our scientists are experienced in using CRISPR/Cas9 to provide single-gene, dual-gene, or gene fragment knockout, from gRNA construction to transfection and monoclonal generation of various host cell lines such as HEK293T, HeLa, HCT116, HepG2, A549 and other difficult-to-transfect immortalized cell lines.

We do not shy away from editing primary cells, iPSCs, TERT immortalized cell lines, or other sensitive cell lines - adherent or suspension. Since we work vector-free, we also offer complex edits such as knockin (KI) with large repair templates or multiple knock-outs (e.g. triple knock-out). Choose from >100 immortalized or induced pluripotent (iPS) cell lines available.
