Culture Conditions Cells are cultured as a suspension at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2. Cells should be passaged every 3-5 days.
Subculture Guidelines
The recommended seeding density is 2*104 cells/cm2.
If necessary, a partial replacement of the medium 24 hours before subculture may help promote growth.
When the cells achieve 80-90% confluence, they should be passaged.

Cell Revival Revival: Rapidly thaw cells in a 37°C water bath. Transfer the contents to the tube containing the preheating medium. Centrifuge the cells and seeds into the pre-warmed medium in a 10 ml Petri dish.
