Human TMEM18 knockout KBM-7 cell line

Description Human TMEM18 knockout KBM-7 cell line was drived from KBM-7. KBM-7 is a near-haploid human chronic granulocytic leukemia (CGL) cell line commonly used in biomedical research. KBM-7 cells, like all immortal cancer cell lines, divide indefinitely, however, this cell line is unique in that it contains only one copy.
