Mouse COL1A1 knockout 4T1 cell line

Description Mouse COL1A1 knockout 4T1 cell line is edited by our special CRISPR/Cas9 technology. 4T1 is a breast cancer cell line derived from mammary tissue of the mouse BALB/c strain. 4T1 cells are epithelial cells that are resistant to 6-thioguanine. 4T1 resembles Mouse metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), lacking the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2).

Culture Conditions 4T1 Cells are cultured with 95% air and 5% of carbon dioxide (CO2) at 37℃.
Subculture Conditions 1:6 to 1:8 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA.
Subculture Guidelines 4T1 cells should not be allowed to reach 100% confluency. Subculture at 80% confluence is recommended.
To detach cells from the surface, rinse with 0.25% trypsin-0.53 mM EDTA solution at room temperature.
